The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

Please note that any additional charges associated with the chosen payment method, such as transaction fees, are the sole responsibility of the client.

Project Quotes and Scope of Work

Before initiating any project, we provide our clients with a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, and associated costs. It is important to thoroughly review the quote and seek clarification on any aspects that may require further discussion or adjustments.

Please note that any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work may result in additional costs and timelines. We maintain open communication with our clients throughout the project to ensure everyone is on the same page and to avoid any misunderstandings.

Late Payments and Non-Payment

Timely payments are crucial for maintaining a smooth workflow and honoring our commitments to both clients and team members. Failure to make payment within the agreed-upon time frame may result in project delays or, in severe cases, project termination.

If you are unable to complete a payment on time, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we are willing to work with you to find a suitable solution. However, repeated instances of late or non-payment may be subject to legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

Refund Policy

Termination of Services

In the event of project termination, any outstanding payments for the work completed until that point will still be due. Additionally, any intellectual property or deliverables created by Cactus Pants Web Design remain our property until all outstanding payments are settled.
